Excerpted from POLITICO – San Diego Mayor Bob Filner accused of sexual harassment by as many as 13 women, finished his intensive behavior therapy but might not be able to get back into his office.
The City Attorney’s Office said the locks on Filner’s office have been changed, according to the KFMB.
A spokesman for the City Attorney’s Office told POLITICO the office did not order the locks changed, but were aware that it had occurred.
California Sen. Barbara Boxer last week joined a group of politicians urging the 70-year-old Democrat to resign, though the San Diego mayor has declined to do so.
Filner’s attorney James Payne said in a statement that Filner began treatment on July 29, according to CNN. Payne said Filner will begin outpatient treatment and will take some personal time this week.
